1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

This writ application has been field for issuance of a direction upon the Additional Collector, Revenue and Land Reform, Rohtas, Sasaram (Respondent No.6) to dispose of the appeal (Annexure-6 to the writ petition) filed on 14.10.1982. It is stated to have been filed by the grandfather of the petitioner, namely Ram Sakal Ram @ Ram Sakal Paswan, Son of Lochan Ram, against ex-parte order dated 11.01.1982 passed by the then

Patna High Court CWJC No.9026 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 C.O., Dehri in Encroachment Proceeding Case No. 14 of 198182 against Ram Sakal Paswan.

In view of the nature of grievance of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Collector, Revenue and Land Reform, Rohtas, Sasaram (Respondent No.6) to dispose of the said appeal in accordance with law, preferable within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
