JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 668 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(A), 30(D) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Revised Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of Mahua liquor as well as the equipments for making liquor from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of village politics the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has got a clean antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation leveled against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60458 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 petitioner especially with regard to the liquor making equipments recovered from the house of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on regular bail immediately upon completion of six month's custody.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail upon completion of six month's custody from 18.10.2017 upon such condition(s) as may be imposed by the learned trial court.
