JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341,323,307,379,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that informant tried to intervene in the fights between the children. At about that time, family members of some of the children came and assaulted. It is alleged that Sunil Sharma assaulted the informant on her head causing simple injury. Learned counsel submits that occurrence was not premeditated. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37944 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 of Rs. 5000/-(five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
