2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 204 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along is said to have kidnapped the minor victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19211 of 2025(5) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in relationship, considering this fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Lakhisarai/concerned Court below in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 204 of 2023.
