The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 341/ 323/ 324/307/448 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the informant by tangi on his head. There is case and counter case. Both side sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on account of land dispute between the parties, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Alleged injury has been found to be simple in nautre. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.11.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that there is specific

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail petition of the petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail fundraising bail bond of Rs. 10,000- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (BIHAR), in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 62/2021.
