Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S.Case No.61 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section s 188 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation against him that he has not handed over the charge of many of the documents entrusted to him as Panchayat Sewak. In fact, while relinquishing charges, he has handed over all such documents to the present informant and therefore entire case is false and concocted.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30205 of 2015 (3) dt.14-09-2015 after perusing Annexures-2 and 2/A, it appears that there has been some misunderstanding, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No.61 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) B.Kr./- U T
