The petitioners, seven in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 323. 504 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)(xi) of the S.C. & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant alleged that Tinku Kahar was scaling over the wall of the informant with bad intention and when the informant went to the house of Tinku Kahar to complain, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30494 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 accused persons assaulted the informant and others. There is a counter-version being Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 133/15. It appears that on account of some dispute, some altercations took place.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Bhojpur SC/ST P.S. Case No. 27/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
