1. Heard the parties.
2. Learned counsel fairly admits that the petitioner does not possessed the educational qualifications for a trained teacher and in view of the latest position of law, only a trained teacher can be appointed on the compassionate ground. He, therefore, prays that his case should be considered for other equivalent posts by the State Government.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not have objection to such a proposal.
4. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondents shall consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment on
Patna High Court CWJC No.5191 of 2020(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 compassionate grounds as the petitioner's father expired while in service and consider him for appointment against the post equivalent or otherwise.
5. The original application moved by the petitioner for consideration of the appointment shall be considered for the said purpose.
6. The exercise shall be conducted and completed within a period of three months from today.
