The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Spl. Case No. 8876 9of 2018 arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 485 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
