Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,120(B),406,408,468 and 467 of I.P.C.

Allegation against the petitioner and other officebearers of D.J.N. Group of Companies is that they cheated to the public at large including the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is triable by a Magistrate and the petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2016. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Other co-accused, who were bearing the main allegation, have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Though the petitioner has got a long list of criminal cases referred in para-3 of the petition but all the cases arise out of the same transaction lodged by different person.

No.16096 of 2020(8) dt.05-02-2021 2/2 Considering the entire facts aforesaid especially period already undergone by the petitioner as undertrial prisoner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Nagar Police Station Case No.05 of 2018 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
