4,91,341/-, and so far as his grievance for payment of interest is concerned, learned counsel for the State agrees that the petitioner may file a representation before the authority concerned and the same will be considered in accordance with law. In the above said view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner agrees for disposal of the matter as settled. The writ application stands disposed of accordingly. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
