Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 327 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 166, 167, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the main allegation against this petitioner is that he did not submit his show cause. As a matter of fact, petitioner had filed his show cause, but inadvertently the same could not be filed with the bail application. Learned counsel submits that he has brought on record the show cause filed by the petitioner by way of Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit filed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32197 of 2018(3) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 today. Petitioner is man of clean antecedent and has not committed any offence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Begusarai in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 327 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
