In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 504, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

In pursuance of the order dated 29.04.2019, the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are physically present before this Court. The opposite party no.2 has stated that it is not possible for her to stay with the petitioner and refused to go

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
