Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 337 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are in custody since 21.09.2017 on the allegation that they assaulted to the informant with different weapons causing injury on different parts of the body for dispute arising out of quarrel between the children of two families. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61598 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Andar Police Station Case No. 188 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
