ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.24 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 378, 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has deserted the petitioner, for which a case under the Hindu Marriage Act has also been instituted by the petitioner, bearing Matrimonial Case No.101 of 2015. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also

No.31701 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 the fact that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep the informant with all honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward incident so as to prejudice her in any manner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.
