ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 27.12.2024 (Annexure P/3) ventilating his grievance before the Assessment Officer cum Assistant Electrical Engineer, Electricity Supply Sub- Division, Arwal i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein. The Respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the representation dated 27.12.2024 (Annexure P/3) made by the petitioner. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary
