In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 29.10.2016 issued under the signature of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura, whereby and where-under, on

Patna High Court CWJC No.18634 of 2016 dt.05-09-2017 2/2 administrative ground the petitioner has been transferred from Abhyas Middle School to the upgraded Middle School, Amauna Bisanpur, Block-Gualpara, District- Madhepura. This Court does not find any illegality in the impugned order as it is an administrative order. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation before the competent authority. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the authority concerned will be obliged to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
