JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 This petition is filed for modification of order dated 25.01.2019 by which petitioner Nos.1 and 3 were directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of A.D.J. VII, Sasaram(Rohtas) in connection with Sessions Trial No.276 of 2018 arising out of Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.456 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case was not committed to the Court of Sessions and Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.456 of 2018 is pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas.

In this view of the fact, the order dated 25.01.2019 be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24862 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 corrected accordingly and in place of A.D.J. VII, Sasaram(Rohtas), Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas be read.

This modification petition stands allowed. The petitioners are also directed to make necessary correction in prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.3818 of 2019. The period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for four weeks from today.
