This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 14.05.2015 passed by Subordinate Judge-VII, Siwan in Title Suit No.551 of 2010 whereby the court below has allowed the application filed by the petitioner.

At the time of hearing in admission matter the petition filed by the petitioner, which is allowed by order dated 14.05.2015, was produced before me. In the application the petitioner himself prayed that the public document may be marked exhibit and the court below has allowed the said application. In my opinion, therefore, this writ application is itself misconceived. Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed. Harish/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
