The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 702 of 2004 registered under Sections 323, 342, 379 and 448/34 of the Indian penal Code.
It's a case of misuse of privilege of bail. The petitioner twice jumped bail and after six years of jumping bail, he has surrendered in this case on 18.06.2018. So, presently prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew the prayer of bail before the court below itself after one month.
