====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 21.5.2018 seeks bail in Bidupur PS Case No. 81 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 326 and 504/34 of the IPC.

There is specific accusation against the petitioner of attacking the informant with acid due to previous enmity as a result grievous injury has been caused to the informant. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact it was the informant who was carrying acid threatening the petitioner to enter into compromise and accidentally that acid fell over his body. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that there is no such counter case by the petitioner that the informant was making an attempt to throw acid rather accusation is specific against the petitioner of making acid attack causing grievous injury. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, presently the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
