2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 61(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons have been killed and it has come during investigation that the petitioner was in constant touch with the shooters at the time of the commission of crime.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 4.10.2025 and he is accused in three more cases out of which two are of Rangdari and one case is of murder.

5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the criminal antecedents of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18188 of 2026(6) dt.25-06-2026 2/2 petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
