1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he is willing to revive his conjugal relationship and will keep the informant with honour and dignity and will ensure her well being.
3. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and submits that it is only a ploy of the petitioner in making such submission, it is next submitted that the informant, at any cost, is not wiling to accompany the petitioner because she has been treated brutally and the act of the petitioner is beastly. It is

No.22162 of 2023(3) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 further submitted that no woman would want to ruin her life as the second marriage of a woman is nearly next to impossible but that is not the case with the males but still the informant is not willing to join the petitioner, knowing the consequences of her action, because of the beastly act of the petitioner.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the informant, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is thus rejected.
