That this is an application for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated21.7.2014 passed by the District Programme Officer, in Case no. 185/2014 whereby and whereunder the selection of the petitioner has been cancelled inter alia the following reliefs:- (i) The impugned order of termination dated 21.7.2014 passed against the petitioner be set aside whereby and whereunder her services have been terminated from the post of Anganbari Sevika from

Patna High Court CWJC No.11678 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 Ward no. 12 Centre no. 217, Mahadev Bigha, P.S. Warisaliganj District- Nawada.

(ii) Respondents authorities be directed to reinstate the petitioner in her services with all consequential benefits.

(iii) Respondents authorities be directed to initiate proper disciplinary action against Respondent no. 5 Kanchan Kumari on the ground that her academical certificates are forged and fabricated."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
