In the present case, petitioner has raised a grievance that order dated 28.3.2016 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 22428 of 2013 has not been complied with. The order dated 27.12.2016 (Annexure-A to the counter affidavit) shows that authority concerned has considered the direction of this Court and passed the order adverse to the interest of the petitioner.
Patna High Court MJC No.3154 of 2016 (2) dt.02-08-2017 This Court cannot give any direction in the present proceeding. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he may challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum. With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
