2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137 ( 2 ), 96, 351 , 3(5) of BNS.

3 . As per First Information Report, this petitioner with the support of other co-accused persons, kidnapped two minor daughters of informant with intention to exploit them physically .

4. By filing supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record order dated 05.03.2025 passed in the Court of Special Judge POCSO Buxar, wherein the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of BNSS has denied the prosecution case and categorically stated that her father ousted her from his house and thereafter, she came to Patna and called this petitioner and started living with him in a rented house and on 19.11.2024 , she called her maternal uncle and on 21.11.2024 in presence of his maternal uncle , victim solemnized marriage with this petitioner in temple and started living a conjugal life .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the statement of victim recorded under Section 83 of BNSS and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO Buxar in connection with (Krishnabraham ) K B P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
