Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "i. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to the Respondents to make payment of the Honorarium of the petitioner for the period from 27.11.2011 till date for the work done on the post of Revenue Karamchari under Respondent as petitioner was employed on contract basis after his retirement from the said post of Revenue Karamchari.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15639 of 2014(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 order, direction to the respondents that the amount of Honorarium of petitioner for the work done after his employment cannot be withheld by the respondents in the name of asking fund from the authorities."
