The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2017 dated 06.04.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Though, both the petitioner as well as the informant are the uncles of the deceased, but the allegation against the petitioner is of inflicting the fatal injury on the deceased leading to his death. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 12.04.2017. In view of the direct allegation against the petitioner of killing the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner above named for the present.
