JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for both the parties. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 471/34 of IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have used the forged signature of opposite party no. 2/complainant. It is submitted that the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.07.2014. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.07.2014 is confirmed. The above named petitioner will remain on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of

No.31919 of 2014 (5) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in Complaint Case No. 2744 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the other following conditions:- (i) The petitioner will not indulge himself in similar or any other offence.

(ii) One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.

(iii) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, his bail bond would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.

This application stands disposed of.
