The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that the informant being the Safety Guard in SIPL, a security agency for transporting amount for Axis Bank, while he was carrying money, two persons made an attempt to rob the money but due to the firing made by the security personal, the money could not be robbed. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of co-accused. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30981 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.105 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
