Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.149 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner no.2, namely, Sahil Alam.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28591 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner no.2, namely, Sahil Alam is concerned.

So far as petitioner nos.1 and 3, namely, Jamila Khatoon and Gulshan Ara are concerned, it is submitted that they are female and there is general and omnibus allegation against them; and the occurrence took place on account of the land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application on behalf of petitioner nos.1 and 3, namely, Jamila Khatoon and Gulshan Ara is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos.1 and 3, namely, Jamila Khatoon and Gulshan Ara, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.149 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
