JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 282 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No.3708 of 2012, T.R. No. 1235 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 468, 467 and 471 of IPC.

Allegation as per the F.I.R. is that though during the interview the name of the petitioner placed at serial no.1 and one Niru Kumar placed at serial no.2 as Vikash Mitra and further allegation is that the certificate of 8th class produced by the petitioner is of different date and at that time, she was not eligible.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has falsely been implicated in this case and the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20565 of 2019(5) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 Heard learned APP for the State also, who opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the case is still under investigation.

Having heard both sides, considering the above facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is allowed. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 04.04.2019 is confirmed with the condition that she has to cooperate with the investigation and appear as and when required.
