NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 02-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga (hereinafter referred to as 'the University').
Petitioner retired from the post of Professor in the Department of Economics in the University on 30.09.2015. He prays for payment of his earned leave of 131 days including salary for the strike period, D.D.A from 1981 to 1989 GIC as well as DA and HRA from 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010. Considering the nature of claim made by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5637 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation regarding his unpaid dues which will be disposed of by respondent no.3, The Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are in admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
