2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2017 in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 384, 385, 386, 395, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and other co-accused persons Santosh Thakur @ Nitu Thakur and Data Ram Singh @ Data Ram have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35168 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No. 36481 of 2017 respectively.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner showing that he is accused in seven other cases of serious nature,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60031 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.
