2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 419 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing injuries to him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2025.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
