Shilpa Singh, learned G.A.12 duly assisted by Ms. Abhanjali, A.C. to G.A.12 and Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of L.N.Mithila University through video conferencing.

Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel for the L.N.Mithila University submits that detailed counter-affidavit is filed and in para 4 to 8, the University made categorical

Patna High Court CWJC No.5574 of 2019(7) dt.23-09-2020 2/2 statements that all the retiral benefits have already been paid save and except the D.A. and H.R.A. for which the University has already filed L.P.A.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on such submission, submits that let this writ petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation for payment of any other dues.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition as the petitioner has received the entire retiral dues save and except the D.A. and H.R.A. and the University has already filed L.P.A. which is pending in this Court, the petitioner shall file a representation before the Registrar, L.N.Mithila University for payment of any other pre and post retiral amount lying due and on such, Registrar, L.N.Mithila University shall dispose of the same within four months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
