Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.322 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 435, 153A, 295, and 295A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that member of another community set fire to Tazia and large number of persons had gathered including the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, merely he was a looker and has been falsely implicated in this case, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, Tinku Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S.
