The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 776 of 2018 arising out of Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 224 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the wife of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The postmortem report show that the cause of death is due to asphyxia and there is no eye witness against the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-X,
