2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 325 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner and others are accused of molesting the informant's daughter. There is a counter case also. The petitioner is in jail since 02.01.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge-cum-Additional Session Judge VII, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Raushanganj P.S. Case No. 325 of 2023.
