The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.120 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on hearing the cry of his son, when the informant reached near his son, she saw her Pattidar Geeta Devi (petitioner) catching hold of the hand of her son and her daughter Rinki Kumari caused injury through knife at the stomach of his son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is the Pattidar of the informant and has falsely been

Moreover, the specific allegation to cause injury at the stomach of the son of the informant through knife is against Rinki Kumari, the daughter of the petitioner, and the one injury, as found on the person of the son of the informant, is simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender by her within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.120 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
