Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 02.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37462 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender as also for correcting the P.S. Case No.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17602 of 2022(5) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 59 of 2021, pending in the Court learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani.

The order dated 02.03.2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
