Counsel for the petitioner submits that since parties are taking steps to settle the matter in the court below, he does not wish to press this quashing application. Issues arise out of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47598 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 matrimonial discord and therefore, it is desirable that matrimonial harmony be restored.
