JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 40 of 2014 Trial No. 2151 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be the father-in-law of the complainant of subjecting the cruelty with respect to demand of dowry.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation have been attributed against the petitioner and allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Heard learned A.P.P.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Complaint Case No. 40 of 2014, Trial No. 2151 of 2018 subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
