JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018 in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 339 of 2011, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of taking Rs. 80,000/- for insurance and he has given receipts but not provided bond papers, when the informant and others demanded the bond papers, then the petitioner not handed over the bond papers to the informant and others.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is an employee of the said company and has nothing to do with the allegation and the Branch Manager and other official of the said company has already been granted bail by a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48370 of 2018 (2) dt.01-10-2018 2/3 Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52983 of 2016 and vide order dated 13.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 425 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018.

Having heard both sides and considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 339 of 2011, with following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court.

(ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on his
