Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No.41/2021 instituted under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. The victim girl has made direct allegation against the petitioner that he raped her. Even the minute details of the alleged crime has been narrated in the FIR.

Considering the allegation that has come in the FIR by the victim girl, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him privilege of bail, which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
