Patna High Court MJC No.723 of 2023(5) dt.13-12-2024 2/2 has passed an order dated 12.8.2022, adjourning the proceedings of the Encroachment Case No. 1 of 2020-21, on account of the reasons mentioned therein, hence, in case the petitioner is so aggrieved he can file an appeal, challenging the aforesaid order dated 12.8.2022.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 12.8.2022, if so advised. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
