2. The present restoration application is filed for restoration of the C.W.J.C. No. 1022 of 2025 to its original file

Patna High Court MJC No.972 of 2025(3) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 which was dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 23.01.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to communication gap, the petitioners have not complied the peremptory order dated 23.01.2025.

4. In view of the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this restoration application is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 1022 of 2025 is restored to its original file.

5. Time till 11.04.2025 is granted to the petitioners to comply the order dated 23.01.2025.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this restoration application is disposed of.
