Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is one of the accused in Topper Scam case vide Kotwali P.S.case no. 270 of 2016.

In the present writ application the petitioner has prayed for not taking coercive step against the petitioner in the above police case as the petitioner is a juvenile in conflict with law. Learned counsel for the State informed that the petitioner was already arrested in the case and granted bail. Therefore, this writ application is infructious.
