.... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Appellant/s : Mr. Alok Kumar Alok For the Respondent/s : Smt Usha Kumari No-1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Earlier appeal filed by the appellant was disposed of with a direction that once charge sheet has been submitted against the appellant he would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail and the court below will consider the bail application on the basis of materials available on record and if there is no material except he had driven the motorcycle and he has no criminal antecedent, he will be released on bail by the court below to its own satisfaction. However, it appears from the impugned order that appellant is accused in seven other cases also apart from the present one. In such a situation, it appears that appellant has suppressed the material fact.

In the said circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant.

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.3418 of 2017 (4) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 However, as the appellant is in custody, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months.
