Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that on 09.02.2020 at about 11:30 PM while he was returning to his house alongwith his son Srikant Yadav and nephew Vikash Yadav, FIR named accused including petitioner surrounded them and there is allegation against petitioner of having assaulted informant by means of lathi, as a result of which he sustained head injury. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case in respect of same occurrence. As per

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 27776 of 2021(4) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 injury report, informant has sustained head injury which is caused by hard and blunt substance. Injury found is stated to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 88 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
